Centuris Pty Ltd was established in 1999 providing strategic consulting and interim management services to industry, investors, academia, not-for-profits and philanthropy.
We continue to work with our clients to review, develop and implement strategic plans, and to undertake project specific and interim management requirements to facilitate growth, transition, change-management and start-up needs.
Centuris has used its experience and in-house capabilities to build the philanthrovate grant administration solution. A platform in-the-cloud assisting online applications, reviews, workflow and project management for charities, grant makers and investors.
With a strong belief in corporate social responsibility (CSR) in 2018 Centuris launched ‘Philanthrovate Connect’ a free online directory to efficiently and effectively connect health and medical researchers with trusts and foundations. Utilising Australian standards philanthrovate connect assists researchers identify grants that are relevant to their needs.

Providing us the opportunity to truly understand the drivers and expectations from numerous stakeholders in the development and management of strategic alliances, due diligence processes, governance practices, intellectual property, financial reporting, negotiation and raising capital.
We have extensive experience in identifying, reviewing, driving and negotiating successful outcomes with technology based businesses and commercial opportunities. These have resulted in the establishment of strategic alliances, the spinning out of start-up companies, and the raising of capital through grants and investments.
